Kingsclere Parish Council has a large range of powers including the right to set and charge a parish precept. We are involved in planning matters, promoting Kingsclere as a community and visitor centre, licensing, representation at many outside bodies, management of the village centre and many other small activities. We can spend money for the benefit of the community and provide grant aid to a number of local bodies. We are custodian trustee of the Village Club, the Dell Recreation Ground and the Holding Field. We provide the Burial Ground and the Allotments. We are the first point of advice and help on any local issue.
